Use your Track and Trace Code received in the e-mail

After an order has been placed through the website or at the hotel (or elsewhere), you can track your luggage on this Track and Trace page. You can find your tracking information and order status by filling in the “Code” you received and “E-mail”  you used.

Curious about your luggage status? Fill in the Code and E-mail above.

Beware of the fact that the Code is different than the code shown on the Blue Luggage Seal. This Luggage Seal is the code you have to give the guard at the storage depot at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.

Insurance

Luggagebuddy takes the safety of your luggage very seriously. The delivery is done carefully to ensure there are no damages. With our special one-time use seal, it is not possible for us to open the suitcase. This will give you a certain safety and reliability.

Your luggage has standard insurance cover of up to 640 Euro per item. By paying an additional 1,50 Euro per item your luggage will be covered for up to 5,000 euro per luggage item.
